Investment summary
A portfolio consisting of 21 properties was acquired from an Austrian group.
The properties were spread across every asset class (parking, offices, logistics, residential, commercial and also undeveloped sites) and across the states of Vienna, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Styria, Salzburg, Burgenland and Tyrol.
The portfolio was acquired in a short time because of the particular conditions. A detailed analysis of the properties followed and, as a result, their potential was identified and partially realised.
The result was the break-up of the portfolio and gradual sale of the properties one by one.
