PORT FOLIO Immobilien pursues a mainly opportunistic approach to investment, concentrating exclusively on Austrian properties. It does not restrict itself to particular asset classes.
Portfolios
The firm has particular expertise in the rapid acquisition of heterogeneous, unstructured property holdings, which can be passed on to investors either individually or as part of a package once the necessary asset management measures have been identified and implemented.
Co-Investments
PORT FOLIO allows investors to invest in suitably structured properties / portfolios: depending on their attitude to risk, there are either existing properties with high occupancy levels for investors seeking security, or alternatively investors prepared to take on greater risk may prefer to choose investments in commercial properties with enhanced prospects for returns.
