Bank Branch Portfolio

Investment summary

As part of an Austrian bank’s portfolio rationalisation, 66 branch properties in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland were acquired. The portfolio comprised individual properties, condominium units and properties held under building rights (Superädifikate).

Following the acquisition, all properties underwent a thorough analysis. Based on the findings, letting strategies and development studies were prepared, with implementation initiated immediately, in some cases in coordination with prospective owners. Finally, the properties were categorised according to location, use and asset size.
